Our Specialties
Speech Sound Disorders
Myofunctional Disorders
Our individualized therapy sessions help children speak with confidence! We find out about each child’s interests and incorporate them into sessions, using a variety of treatment approaches such as DTTC, ReST, and Cycles to improve speech sound accuracy. We also specialize in Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Our evidence-based exercises help children learn to activate and coordinate their facial muscles when speaking, eating, sleeping, and breathing. We also coach caregivers to help their child complete daily exercises and improve muscle patterns between sessions.
Literacy
We treat dyslexia by incorporating structured literacy into motivating and engaging activities! Our methods are tailored to each child and informed by academic programs such as Lively Letters, Smarter Intervention, IMSE/Orton Gillingham, and Reading Simplified.
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a compassionate mom, wife, and therapist who loves helping children communicate. I founded Speak Life Speech Therapy to provide flexible therapy services that are tailored to meet the needs of each family. I find so much joy in getting to know each child, discovering what makes them unique, meeting them where they are, and showing them all they can accomplish!
